Exchange Policy

At JayKajal, we strive to ensure that you love every purchase. If you receive a product with a size issue or any manufacturing defect, we offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Exchange Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Parcel  opening  video is compulsory

Please Note:

  • We do not offer refunds or returns.

  • Customized, altered, or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.

  • Products purchased during special sales or promotional offers may not be eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange is subject to stock availability. In case the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit may be issued.
